After the assessment, we craft a detailed written report summarizing what we’ve learned and outlining specific recommendations. This isn’t just for us—it’s shared with you, your child’s tutor, and anyone else you choose, like teachers or specialists. Then, we hand-pick a tutor from our tutors whose skills perfectly match your child’s needs, ensuring the right fit from day one.

Once matched, we onboard your family with care, equipping you with everything you need—schedules, tools, and answers to your questions. Your tutor then meets your child for 1-2 initial lessons, kicking off their learning journey. After each session, you (and anyone you designate, like a grandparent or therapist) receive detailed lesson notes—what was covered, how it went, and tips to prepare for next time. Connection is our strength, and we keep everyone in the loop.

Our Client Services team reaches out to see how things are going, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way. After a set number of lessons, we conduct a post-assessment to measure progress and celebrate gains. If you choose, we shift focus to new skills—restarting the process to strengthen other areas. Success comes from teamwork, and we thrive by keeping you, your tutor, and any other key people united and informed.
